- Up to 34 cpm based on experience (more for teams)
- Paid loaded and empty
- Solid miles per week
- Freightliners / Internationals
- Equipment 3 years old or newer
- Direct deposit
- 1 day off for every 7 days out
- 90% no touch freight

- Must be 22 years of age
- Maximum of 1 accident in the last 3 years
- Maximum of 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- No DUI or DWI violations in the last 5 years
- No violent or drug related felonies
