• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have 6 months of OTR experience
• Hazmat not required- but preferred
• No more than 3 preventable accidents
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past (3) years
• No DUI or DWI violations in the past (3) years
• No felony convictions in the past (3) years

Fuel / Road use tax: carrier will file, report and reconcile quarterly. $.01 cpm collected towards payment of RFUT.

Payment of settlements: electronic deposit, transfund card, or check.

Settlement choices: weekly on Friday or Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Settlement information over Satcom: send Macro 50, request payroll.
