Need a CDL?
Let us help you get one, at NO COST*, in just three weeks, at the Driver Training Academy! We’ll train you to pass the state-required driving test to get your Class A CDL. All we ask in return is a commitment to work for us for a year afterward. You’ll have your CDL - and a start on a great career!

$2,000 new hire bonus for Class A CDL tank truck experience:
Requires two years of verifiable CDL-A tank truck driving experience with a DOT
regulated motor carrier within the last 30 months from date of application.
$1,000 new hire bonus for Class A CDL experience:
For Class A CDL experience. Requires one year of CDL-A driving experience with a DOT regulated motor carrier within the last 18 months from date of application.
Tuition reimbursement program:
We reimburse eligible employee drivers for their training if they have completed an approved training school. Contact us for more information.
Training:
We provide training for the Class A CDL exam at NO COST* t to you, provided you commit to drive for CTL for a year afterward. See the training section for details.
Driver referral program:
CTL drivers can make up to $800 for a driver referral.

Ten years – 15 days
Twenty years – 20 days
