For Frank and Becky Shelton, professional truck driving runs in the family. The couple went through CRST’s company sponsored training-contract school in Cedar Rapids, IA and earned their CDL Class A licenses together. Frank says, “The environment at CRST was perfect us, and the transition was more than easy after leaving the hustle and bustle of the corporate world.” By joining the company, they had a chance to pursue a career that interested both of them. “After the kids were grown, we had time to make a change from the everyday norm,” they state. Not only does the couple appreciate getting to spend so much time together, but they also enjoy traveling and seeing the country as they deliver their freight. The Shelton’s also run as an Owner Operator team. They have been leasing a truck from CRST Van Expedited for the past eleven months through the $0 down Lease Purchase Program. |
