Although approximately 65% of our loads are from local or regional transportation of construction materials, our story really begins with our concern for our driver's life cycle. Pay

From short-haul local terminals to regional operations, our driver pay package provides competitive rewards for our drivers. Opportunities for frequent pay increases are based on longevity and performance standards.

Bonuses

• For Existing Drivers: Referral Bonus: As a CCC driver, you can earn $1,000 for your first referral, $1,250 for your second referred driver, $1,500 for your third and $1,750 for your fourth referral of a new driver. See your terminal manager for more information.

401(k) Retirement Plan

This is a great program with the opportunity to build your financial security for the future through convenient, tax-deferred payroll deductions. Drivers are eligible after six months of employment, with company portion fully vested after five years. Vacation

Full-time company drivers enjoy paid vacations after one year of employment in accordance with the following schedule:

• One year – 5 days
• Two years – 10 days
• Ten years – 15 days
• Twenty years – 20 days
